Exercise is crucial for good health. The Surgeon General has stated that physical inactivity is a significant factor in heart disease, onset diabetes and colon cancer. Lack of exercise also contributes significantly to hypertension and obesity.
What is the Starters! Program?
The Coach Approach Program is a step-by-step exercise program designed for new or returning exercisers to offer guidance, motivation and structure in order to start and stick with a fitness routine.
Learn to exercise with cardiovascular and strength training equipment, increase your strength training equipment, increase your energy level, sleep better, lose weight and feel good about yourself-but more importantly, do something to protect your body and live a longer, healthier life.
