Fitlinxx is the ultimate marriage of technology and fitness. It allows our fitness staff to program an electronic personal trainer that will help you meet your specific goals and objectives.
In a Fitlinxx Wellness Center, all of the weight machines and cardiovascular equipment are connected to a central Fitlinxx server, which acts as both a coach and a workout log, moving with you from machine to machine to track your progress, offer encouragement, and provide tips for improvement.
In addition to the electronic coaching, Fitlinxx helps our trainers to keep tabs on your progress as well, so they can suggest modifications to your workout program or give you a little push in the right direction.
FitLinxx is available at our Alexandria, Bethesda-Chevy Chase, National Capital, Silver Spring and Upper Montgomery branches, and the cost is included in our membership fees.
